[mfm-list]mail list digest time lag

I'm looking for the instructions on how to unsubscribe but don't see  
them.
Help please

While the blog is a good home base, it's not suited for discussions.  
Announcements, maybe. But not so much for questions. The blog is  
really a replacement for the macfilmmakers website, which I'd advise  
be updated to just redirect, or at least point, to the blog. ;-)
